  • Factory reset the plug (hold the button for 5-10 seconds) and try the pairing process again.
  • Check for interference from other devices or walls that might block the Wi-Fi signal.

How do I factory reset the smart plug?

Press and hold the physical power button on the plug for 5-10 seconds (or per your model's instructions) until the indicator light flashes. This indicates the plug has been reset and is ready for re-pairing.

What should I do if the plug appears offline in the app?

  • Ensure the plug is connected to a power source and your Wi-Fi is functioning correctly.
  • Restart the plug by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in.
  • Move the plug closer to your router to ensure a stronger signal.
  • If the issue persists, reset the plug and set it up again in the app.
